The all-new Barnett Whitetail Pro STR ($600 package) is built on the same proven Step-Through Riser platform once reserved for Barnett’s high-performance models. The innovative design creates improved balance by effectively shifting weight from the riser to the stock for improved stability and accuracy. The crossbow is 36.5 inches long and weighs 6.9 pounds.

With a 187-pound draw weight and 16.25-inch power stroke, the Barnett Whitetail Pro STR shoots 400 fps with 135 foot-pounds of kinetic energy (speed tested with 380-grain arrow). Additional features include a CNC-machined aluminum flight track, Soft-Lok floating bristle arrow retainer, three picatinny rails and TriggerTech’s trigger system, which employs a unique free-floating roller between the trigger and sear to create a crisp 3-pound trigger pull with zero creep.
