The Dual Threat’s front bar can be used as a gun or crossbow rest (above left) or moved under the seat (above right) for clearance with a vertical bow.
The Dual Threat Pro SD Climber from Summit Treestands, with an adjustable Dual Threat front bar, accommodates both rifle hunters and bowhunters. Positioning the front bar straight down allows users to support their weight so they can comfortably climb up a tree. Once settled in at hunting height, the climber can be transformed into bowhunting mode by adjusting the front bar to rest under the seat, allowing for an unobstructed shot. Or, the user can lighten the load by removing the front bar, converting the stand into a hand climber. The Dual Position Seat can be fine-tuned using its additional slide bar buckles: lower position for a rifle and a higher position when hunting with a bow. MSRP: $449.99. Contact: www.summitstands.com
